Each Given Back Condo Bird House is one of a kind. This is not a gimmick: we have personally seen Chickadees live in two houses of a triple condo in the same season and year. Wrens and Nuthatches might be too territorial to use these together, but many have reported one floor being used at a time. The photos are examples of Condos we've made from different types of wood.
